Using 3D photorealistic modeling, we will visually communicate design options for layout, finishes and fixtures. As designs are approved we will develop the design documentation, schematics and schedules needed for contractor bids and installation.

In the PURCHASING phase of your project we are busy sourcing, ordering and coordinating delivery for all of the materials and products needed to achieve your approved design program. We will send you frequent room boards and proposals for feedback and approval and work closely with vendors to ensure that your materials are onsite and ready for installation as required.

The INSTALLATION phase of the project is where the magic happens! At this time the foundation of your renovation is in place and we are excited to install and layer the furniture, artwork and accessories perfectly into your beautiful space!
