For renovation projects we collaborate closely with architects, builders, landscape designers, and other experts to refine your vision and ensure it comes to life.
DESIGN PROGRAM
In the DESIGN PROGRAM phase of your project we will develop a custom, personalized design tailored to your lifestyle and preferences. We will visually explore design options for layout, materials, and finishes and fixtures; and as designs are approved we will develop the design documentation, schematics and schedules needed for contractor bids and installation.
PURCHASING
In the PURCHASING phase of your project we are busy sourcing, ordering and coordinating delivery for all of the materials and products needed to achieve your approved design program. We will send you frequent room boards and proposals for feedback and approval and work closely with vendors to ensure that your materials are onsite and ready for installation as required.
INSTALLATION
The INSTALLATION phase of the project is where the magic happens! At this time the foundation of your renovation is in place and we are excited to layer furnishings, accessories and artwork into your new space, creating a beautiful and personal home.
PROJECT COORDINATION
Barefoot Dwelling PROJECT COORDINATION services are offered as needed to ensure that your project timeline, goals and budget are achieved. These on-site and administrative services can include trades management, building materials coordination, budget tracking, etc. Literally any additional support needed to maintain your project schedule and outcome. Unless outlined in your project fee, Project Coordination is billed hourly.
